L3Harris is the propulsion provider for the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) as part of the Lockheed Martin team.
L3Harris provides NGI’s large solid rocket motors, the Divert and Attitude Control System (DACS), the Attitude Control System (ACS).
NGI will serve as the United States’ first line of defense against long-range ballistic missile threats as a part of MDA’s Ground-based Midcourse Defense system.

L3Harris Technologies has opened a new 50,000-square-foot maritime production facility at ProvPort in Providence, marking the completion of a $6 million investment to design, produce and deliver advanced undersea training systems for the U.S. Navy and allied forces.
